Janitorial Superintendent - Two (2) Positions

Janitorial Superintendent Regional Property Management Company is seeking energetic, experienced Janitorial Superintendent candidates for an apartment complex located in New Windsor NY. The candidates we are seeking must demonstrate stable experience in a similar position and possess the requisite skills to perform light handiwork. The candidates must have good interpersonal skills and present a professional appearance. One (1) position Requires onsite residency and the other does not.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the daily building and grounds maintenance, care and operation, including upkeep of all common areas, and overall facility. Additional cleaning and maintenance duties may be assigned as required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Hands-on or cumulative work experience may substitute for formal training or certification.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
