We’re growing and looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Murray, KY.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, build rapport quickly, and guide them through the vehicle buying process from first contact to delivery
• Ask strong discovery questions to understand needs, budget, and timeline
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles in a professional, value-focused way
• Conduct test drives safely and confidently
• Explain pricing, payments, and available financing options clearly and honestly
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM; manage your own pipeline of prospects and customers
• Work closely with sales management and finance to structure deals, handle objections, and close transactions
• Follow the dealership’s sales process every time and help protect the customer experience

Experience

• Automotive sales experience is  strongly preferred (CDJR or other franchise/independent dealerships)
• Other retail, B2C, or big-ticket sales experience (phones, furniture, etc.) will be considered for high performers
• Prior experience using a CRM or structured sales process is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time role
• Schedule includes weekdays, some evenings, and weekends based on dealership traffic and store needs
