Job Details Job Location: Corporate - Dallas, TX 75201 Position Type: Full Time About the Role We're looking for a talented Brand Storytelling & Content Copywriter who can transform complex fintech and crypto concepts into compelling stories that people actually understand and remember. This role isn't about writing generic marketing copy. It's about building a brand people trust. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, design, and product teams to create messaging that inspires, educates, and drives action. If you love companies like Apple, Stripe, Airbnb, Nike, and Coinbase because of how they tell stories—not just what they sell—we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Develop MegPrime Pay's overall brand voice and messaging. Write compelling website copy, landing pages, and product messaging. Create campaign messaging for new product launches. Tell customer success stories and real-world use cases. Write scripts for videos, podcasts, advertisements, and social media. Turn complex crypto and fintech concepts into clear, engaging content. Collaborate with designers to create high-performing marketing assets. Write email campaigns and lifecycle marketing content. Create messaging frameworks for new features and rewards programs. Ensure all copy maintains a consistent voice across every platform. Research competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate the MegPrime Pay brand. Qualifications 4+ years of professional copywriting, content marketing, or brand storytelling experience. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience writing for fintech, payments, crypto, SaaS, or technology companies required. Ability to simplify complex topics into language anyone can understand. Strong understanding of marketing psychology and customer journeys. Portfolio demonstrating high-quality storytelling and brand campaigns. Experience working with startups is a plus. Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices. Bonus Skills Crypto or Web3 experience Product marketing experience Video scriptwriting AI-assisted content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Social media campaign development Email marketing platforms UX writing and product copy Success in This Role Within your first 90 days, you'll help define the voice of MegPrime Pay and create messaging that powers our website, product launches, paid advertising, email campaigns, social media, and customer communications.
