About This Role Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift in their inpatient rehabilitation unit. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about providing holistic care and mentoring others in a supportive environment. Highlights Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Educate patients and families through the continuum of care. Serve as role models to Level I nurses. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice. Use equipment and technology correctly and delegate non-nursing duties appropriately. Develop a plan of care according to the patient population. Identify impending changes in patient condition accurately and initiate corrective action. Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care. Conduct purposeful rounding from the patient and family perspective. Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings appropriately to practice. Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care and participate in the change of practice based on evidence.
