2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic Lead

Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead Location: Broadway Plant Schedule: 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm Position Summary This person will be responsible for ensuring the department runs at the company set efficiency, restoring breakdowns quickly and safely, assisting production in daily operations, being proactive to production needs, assuming the supervisor’s responsibilities when absent, and helping train new hires as needed. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional maintenance training/experience required. Skill Summary Minimum of three years mechanical background. Knowledge of welding and plumbing. Must be able to operate a cutting torch and plasma cutter. Able to operate loaders. Excellent attendance (4.0 pts or less) and safety and work records.
