Equity Staffing Group is currently staffing a Pharmacist in Charge for on-site position in Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. This is contract work with a Fortune 500 organization. Location: Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 Duration: 3 Month Contract, potential for extension/conversion to FTE Rate: $90-100/Hr Start Date: ASAP Important: Must have active Pharmacist license in State of WI Responsibilities What skills are required: inpatient experience Dates of Coverage needed: ASAP, 3 Months to start Coverage Hours needed: Day shift, 40 hrs/week, M-F Will this person need to take on-call? Yes Order Entry System: Epic Site Specialty Areas: 7 bed ED and 8 bed inpatient micro-hospital Staff Size: only PIC (no other staff) Site Background/History: History of CS diversion issue Will there be sterile compounding involved, or could sterile compounding potentially be a part of their job function? No Expectations: Staff pharmacist and PIC responsibilities, audits, restocking What type of training will be provided? Remote training by local PIC and Pharmacy Director #J-18808-Ljbffr
