About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our per diem team in Paragon, IN. As a Caregiver with Altra Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
Developing strong relationships with clients and their families, communicating effectively and addressing their needs and concerns
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care, including medication administration and treatment plans
Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
