Job Overview Join Smoothie King as a Smoothie King Athlete to help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals. The role involves blending smoothies, engaging guests, preparing ingredients, performing opening/closing duties, and representing the brand’s culture and values. Responsibilities Blend delicious tasting smoothies. Ensure guests’ purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience. Properly prepare all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. Perform opening and/or closing duties. Perform store checklist tasks. Show up on time and ready to work. Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Make custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”. Friendly upsell of nutritional supplements and vitamins. Provide guests with product information and deliver the best total experience. Be energetic, dynamic and excited about health and fitness. Qualifications At least sixteen (16) years of age or older. Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude. Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary. Able to work shifts as early as 6 a.m. and on weekends. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Food service experience preferred but not required. Commission sales experience helpful. Ability to think outside the box to satisfy guests. Genuine care and understanding for people's needs. Prior retail sales experience in the nutrition/fitness industry is a PLUS.
