What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities at leading companies across the country.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Connect with candidates: Make 75–150 outbound calls daily to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Find great talent: Use job boards, professional networks, and creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews: Speak with candidates to learn about their experience, career goals, and qualifications.
• Match people with opportunities: Review job descriptions and identify candidates whose skills align with our clients' needs.
• Build strong resumes: Format and tailor candidate resumes using Microsoft Word to highlight relevant qualifications.
• Collaborate with your team: Work closely with recruiting managers and teammates to meet hiring goals.
• Develop your expertise: Learn new industries, recruiting techniques, and strategies to continuously improve your performance.
