Oaktree’s Structured Credit strategy invests in tranches of ABS, CLOs and, in partnership with the Real Estate Debt strategy, RMBS and CMBS. Oaktree’s ABF strategy makes privately sourced and negotiated investments in pools of contractual assets, such as loans, leases, receivables, and mortgages.
