Warehouse Receiving Specialist - Clackamas

Shift: Various shifts available Some of what you may be doing :
- Receive incoming equipment, materials, and supplies at the warehouse
- Inspect shipments for visible damage and sign delivery receipts as needed
- Deliver supplies and equipment to designated departments and locations
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outgoing shipments
- Maintain receiving records, inventory logs, and storage documentation
- Communicate with carriers regarding incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Track surplus equipment and maintain storage location records
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Complete daily maintenance logs for warehouse equipment
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
- Experience handling packages and maintaining basic inventory records
- Ability to operate a forklift, manual pallet jack, and electric pallet jack
- Ability to safely operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Basic computer proficiency including email, Excel, and Word
