Desktop AnalystLocation: San Diego, CA Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $25 - 28/hr. on W2Target start date: ASAPDuration of Assignment: 6 monthsWork hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pmDress code: Business casualParking/Cost: Ample parking & no feeInterview Process: (phone/video/in person etc.) Teams or in personMust-Have QualificationsProfessional Appearance: Clean-cut, polished, and customer-focused demeanor.Local Candidates Only: Must reside locally and be available to work onsite.Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.Desktop Support Experience: One to two years of experience providing desktop support, help desk, or end-user technical support. Preferred 3 years of experience.Technical Proficiency: Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, IT ticketing systems, computer hardware, software, peripherals, and basic networking.Tier 1 Technical Support: Hands-on experience with ticket triage, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving end-user technical issues, and managing user accounts, permissions, and shared resources.Hybrid A/V Support: Demonstrated experience supporting hybrid meetings and events, including Zoom, conference room technology, on-site A/V equipment, microphones, displays, and related hardware.Organization & Documentation: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate technical documentation, follow established support processes, and communicate effectively with end users and technical teams.Flexibility: Available to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of meetings, special events, and other business needs.
