Animator and Motion Designer

Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for an Animator to join a creative team supporting digital, social, marketing, and branded content initiatives in Colorado. This Contract position is ideal for someone who combines strong motion design skills with a sharp visual eye and a passion for building compelling animated experiences. The role will focus on producing high-quality 2D and 3D visuals while partnering with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into effective creative assets.Responsibilities:• Produce original 2D and 3D animated content for video campaigns, social media, branded materials, and other digital platforms.• Build motion graphics and visual sequences using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D to deliver engaging, high-quality creative work.• Partner with design, marketing, and production stakeholders to translate concepts into clear and impactful animation solutions.• Develop storyboards, visual direction, style frames, and animation treatments that support project objectives and audience needs.• Refine footage and graphic elements through editing, compositing, and enhancement techniques to ensure a strong final product.• Incorporate AI-powered creative tools, including platforms such as Runway and Higgsfield, to accelerate ideation and improve production workflows.• Review deliverables for visual consistency, brand alignment, creative quality, and on-time completion across multiple assignments. Hourly rate: $40–$45
