MARKETING COORDINATOR

Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, marketing/advertising, or journalism. 2-5 years of marketing, public relations, or a similar field. Excellent writing skills for both internal and external audiences. Project management experience organizing multiple projects at once. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with community leaders and internal stakeholders. Understanding of graphic design and print processes. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy. Highly experienced with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfortable with email software, CMS website tools, social media software, and other web‑based technologies. Can work in a fast‑paced environment with a drive for excellence, organization, accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Preferred: CRM experience, healthcare experience. Responsibilities Assist the Director, Brand Marketing in building and coordinating paid marketing campaigns—including traditional, digital, and social media—and coordinate with agency partners to meet asset and approval deadlines. Project manage internal initiatives and campaigns as assigned, supporting department leaders with marketing/creative requests, coordinating with designers and print shops, and writing newsletters and print collateral. Support website and form updates, build and execute email campaigns, and write content for the organization’s internal and external digital entities such as website content, newsletters, social media, and emails. Contribute to community relations initiatives at various hospital campuses as needed. Assist with campaign tracking setup, list pulls, and reporting. Build and maintain key relationships within the hospitals and MHS to ensure current, in‑depth knowledge of services and key events. Other duties as assigned.
