Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work within commercial buildings. Responsibilities: Perform daily janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas within commercial buildings. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuum cleaners, ensuring they are in good working condition. Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies in compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Lift and carry heavy objects safely, including furniture and equipment, to facilitate cleaning and maintenance activities. Follow all safety protocols to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment for self and others. Skills: The required skills are applied daily to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and visually appealing.
