Job Description,

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Vendor Activity Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for managing relationships with telecom vendors, overseeing the circuit delivery process, and ensuring that all agreements are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in transmission technology and transport networks and has extensive experience with global ISP processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Vendor Relationship Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with telecom vendors. o Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and issues. o Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Technical Oversight: o Manage hand over process and testing of newly delivered circuits, o Collaborate with technical teams on preparation circuits for integration o Provide technical expertise regarding WAN circuits, including but not limited to L2&L3 transport, fiber optic, Microwave and Satellite networks
• Ordering Process Coordination: o Oversee the ordering process for telecom services and equipment from suppliers. o Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and service requests. o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications for orders.
• Agreement Management: o Review, negotiate, and manage vendor agreements and contracts. o Ensure all agreements are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. o Maintain an organized repository of all vendor contracts and agreements.
• Reporting and Analysis: o Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, service levels, and cost analysis. o Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Qualifications:
• Education: o Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: o Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom vendor management or a related role. o Proven experience with WAN connectivity and transport networks. o Strong understanding of vendor agreements, procurement processes, and contract negotiation.
• Technical Skills: o Familiarity with transport technologies and services. o Proficient in using vendor management software and procurement tools.
• Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
