Movement Search and Delivery is partnering with one of North America's fastest-growing specialty industrial services organizations to identify and evaluate a Regional Safety Manager . This is a newly created leadership opportunity driven by rapid growth and expansion—not a backfill. The organization has grown from approximately 350 employees to nearly 2,000 through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, creating outstanding long-term career opportunities.

About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on safety leader who enjoys working alongside field operations to build a world-class safety culture. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with operations leadership to drive safety performance across multiple locations throughout the New England region.

This organization views safety as a strategic business function—not simply regulatory compliance. You'll have the opportunity to coach leaders, influence culture, and help shape the future of a rapidly expanding company that is committed to developing its people.

Industry-specific experience is not required. The company is prepared to train the right safety professional on its operations and technical environment.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Regional Operations leadership to strengthen safety performance across the assigned territory.
\n
• Drive regional safety initiatives that improve employee engagement and reduce risk.
\n
• Coach and mentor field leaders to develop a proactive safety culture.
\n
• Conduct field audits, jobsite observations, and safety inspections.
\n
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety standards.
\n
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
\n
• Deliver safety training, coaching, and leadership development throughout the region.
\n
• Analyze safety metrics and develop action plans to continuously improve performance.
\n
• Travel throughout New England and portions of the Northeast to support multiple operating locations.
\n
• Serve as a trusted business partner to operations while promoting continuous improvement and accountability.
\n

What You Need to Succeed

\n
• 5–7 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
\n
• OSHA 30 certification required.
\n
• CHST certification preferred.
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
\n
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
\n
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
\n
