Salary Starting at $19.00 / Hour About the Role Pediatric Specialty Care in Point Pleasant, PA is seeking compassionate, dependable Nurse Technicians for priority day-shift opportunities supporting medically fragile and technology-dependent children and young adults. Job Schedule Day shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. 12-hour shifts Every-other-weekend requirement for regularly scheduled positions Weekend-only scheduling option available Night-shift opportunities may also be available: 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. Pediatric Specialty Care at Point Pleasant is located in Bucks County along the Pennsylvania–New Jersey corridor. Provide individualized care based on each resident’s abilities, needs, preferences, and established care plan. Observe residents closely, respond to their personal care needs, and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing supervisor. Perform trained clinical support tasks, including obtaining vital signs, assisting with range-of-motion exercises, and emptying ostomy bags after completing required training and competency validation. Document personal care, meals, activities, and other services accurately in the resident’s medical record. Encourage participation in activities that support residents’ physical, emotional, social, and developmental well-being. Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members. Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to provide consistent, coordinated care throughout the day. Assist residents entering and exiting vehicles and, when assigned, safely transport children to appointments in a PSC-owned vehicle.
