Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective remote technical support to customers and internal users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Document support cases, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base.
- Assist with system monitoring, maintenance, and updates as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members via phone, email, and chat.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends relevant to the role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
