Product Manager

Location: 100% remote in US, CST Core Hours Salary: $150,000-200,000 DOE Company Benefits, PTO, 401k Match Industry: HealthTech About the RoleWe’re hiring a Product Manager to own our HRA platform end-to-end from the member-facing portal to the roadmap behind it. You’ll work directly with our US and offshore engineering team and partner closely with engineering leadership to define what we build and why. This is a broad-ownership role: product line, execution, and stakeholder alignment all run through you.What You’ll DoOwn the product roadmap for the Company’s HRA platform, including prioritization and release planningGather requirements from clients, members, and internal stakeholders and translate them into clear specs and user storiesDrive day-to-day product execution with US and offshore engineering teamsPartner with engineering leadership on platform strategy for our cloud-native stack (React, AWS)Measure outcomes and iterate use member and client feedback to shape what ships nextRequirements: Product management experience in SaaS; HealthTech, benefits, or HRA domain experience a plusExperience working with distributed engineering teamsStrong roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skillsComfortable operating in a lean, high-growth, PE-backed environmentSeniority is flexible, we’re open to strong earlier-career PMs ready to step up into broad ownership Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
