Job Functions:

1. Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
2. Assesses customer need for additional products/services
3. Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
4. Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
5. Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
6. Enters customer orders in computerized system
7. Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
