– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

– Good communication skills to interact with patients and team members.

– Certification or licensure as a phlebotomist is preferred.

– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings and afternoons.

– High school diploma or equivalent required.

– Prior experience in urine drug screening collection is ideal.
