Azure Project & Solutions Engineer / Architect (MSP) New York City (Hybrid) $145K–$160K base + bonus We’re a growing, cloud-focused MSP supporting businesses across the New York metro area, helping them modernize infrastructure, strengthen security, and scale through Microsoft cloud technologies. Our team operates as true partners to our clients and owning environments, driving strategy, and delivering high-impact solutions. We’re hiring a Project & Solutions Engineer / Architect to lead client-facing projects from discovery through delivery. This is not a support role. You’ll be designing and implementing solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments, while working directly with clients to align technology with business needs. What You’ll Do Lead client discovery and solution design Architect and deliver projects across: Microsoft 365 migrations Hybrid cloud environments Act as a technical advisor to clients Collaborate with internal teams to execute at a high level What You Bring 5–10+ years in an MSP or multi-client environment Strong experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 Proven background in project work and solution design (not just support) Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure Ability to lead client-facing technical conversations Compensation $145K–$160K base + bonus Full benefits + hybrid flexibility Why This Role True ownership of projects and client outcomes Work with modern cloud environments Clear path into Senior Architect / leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr Bowman Williams
