Manufacturing Associate

Location: Harleysville, PA

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Pay: $20

Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities
Operate production and manufacturing machines
Load, unload, and handle raw materials
Monitor equipment during production and report issues
Perform basic quality checks on finished products
Follow safety, quality, and company procedures
Keep work area clean and organized

Manufacturing Associate Requirements
Prior manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift and move raw materials as needed
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable attendance and punctuality
