About the Role: Our mission is to be our communities' preferred car wash brand by obsessively pursuing excellence in all things. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operation and performance of the site. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead the team, maintain operational standards, drive membership sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, coaching team members, solving problems, and helping drive results. The Assistant Manager is expected to step in and lead site operations when the General Manager is unavailable while supporting the overall success and growth of the location. Key Responsibilities: Support daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards and resolve issues as needed Drive sales through memberships, local partnerships, and community engagement Monitor site performance, including sales, expenses, and operational efficiency Ensure equipment functionality, facility cleanliness, and safety compliant Assist with hiring, training, and building a high-performing team Key Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed Willingness to learn business operations, financials, and team leadership No prior car wash experience is required—we provide on-site training to help you succeed.
