Here, you will make an impact by: * Assuring compliance with internal procedures, external requirements and regulations * Leading Corrective Action Prevention Action (CAPA), Risk Management, Quality at the Source initiatives * Supporting and interacting with customers through complaint investigations, resolution, and trending

• Participating in internal/external quality audits
• Direct involvement in Supplier Performance Management, Measurement and Review

process * Providing change management oversight from the quality function to ensure adequate training and/or qualification of changes to products and processes Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and two (2) years of engineering experience in manufacturing, quality, laboratory and/or production environment in a private, public, government or military environment OR * Associate's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and four (4) years of experience in manufacturing, quality, laboratory and/or production environment in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Science or Engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

• Working knowledge of root cause analysis tools and techniques
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Experience working with ISO9001:2015
• Experience working with suppliers in a quality improvement capacity
• Experience with statistical analysis
• ASQ certification
• Experience working and collaborating within a multi-functional product team
