Assistant Manager / Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a motivated and positive Assistant Manager to join

our team and take a leadership role in customer service and daily store

operations. The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, enjoy

working with customers and staff, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude

to work every day. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being

hands-on, leading by example, and helping a team succeed.

Hardware experience is not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate on our

products and systems. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills,

a commitment to excellent customer service, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to improve employees’ product knowledge and sales skills.
• Lead by example and create a positive, customer-focused environment.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Delegate daily tasks and responsibilities to staff and follow up to ensure they are completed properly and on time.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations and other management responsibilities.
• Help resolve customer questions, concerns, and service issues in a professional manner.
• Work closely with the store team to improve efficiency, sales, and the overall customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous retail or management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative.
• Comfortable leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
• Willingness to learn our products and develop strong hardware knowledge.
• Enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to lead by example and create a positive experience for both customers and employees.
• Must be available to work weekends but usually not both days.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift.
