TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements Develop and implement staffing strategies to attract qualified candidates Build relationships with external recruiting partners, staffing agencies, and community organizations Attend and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach activities to promote employment opportunities Place advertisements for open positions and be the point of contact for third-party job board partnerships Maintain, review, and update applicant tracking system Maintain staffing data and workforce reports (headcount, vacancies, turnover metrics, etc.) Forecast hiring needs, assess labor markets, and prevent talent shortages Ensure all hiring and onboarding practices comply with labor regulations Maintain a working knowledge of company benefits, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate first‑level information and responses to candidates Other duties as assigned Education & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years experience in high-volume recruiting or human resources Ability to travel across U.S. Ability to communicate and present information professionally in both group and one‑on‑one settings Must maintain confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Skills Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or business intelligence (BI) tools Pay $70,000 - $90,000 Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
