Job Title: Senior Attorney (Commercial Litigation)

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (Hybrid)

A highly respected, multi-office law firm with a nationally recognized litigation practice is seeking a Trial Attorney to join its growing team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

What You'll Work On:

• Commercial and business litigation matters
• Trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
• Product liability and defense litigation
• Real estate-related disputes
• White collar and internal investigations
• Complex, high-exposure matters for regional and national clients
• Motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial strategy

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active New Jersey bar admission (additional admissions are a plus)
• 10+ years of strong litigation and courtroom experience
• Trial experience preferred
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a team

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $300,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
