Registered Nurse - PACU

$1836.00/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced RN professionals to join our PACU team on a seasonal travel basis. These roles involve providing critical post-anesthesia care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient recovery and safety. Responsibilities: Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from various surgical procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and responses using GE monitors and EMR systems. Administer medications and interventions per protocol, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS standards. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient patient transitions through recovery. Document patient care activities accurately in Meditech EMR. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, unit guidelines, and safety standards. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license with minimum 2 years of PACU or Critical Care experience. Demonstrate proficiency in patient monitoring and post-operative procedures. Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; NIHSS preferred. Possess excellent communication skills and a flexible, outgoing personality. Experience with GE monitors and Meditech EMR is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
