Welcome to Life's Food, a premier Five Guys franchisee driven by a "Servant's Heart." We serve the industry's best burgers and fresh-cut fries, but our mission goes further. Working here means supporting local teams and global missions. If you want a fun, fast-paced job where you can make a real difference, you belong here.

Prep & Cook: Hand-smash beef, slice potatoes, and work the grill/fry stations (we have zero freezers!).
Customer Service: Bring the energy to our open kitchen, call out orders, and keep the dining room spotless.
Teamwork: Step up, hustle, and help your crew maintain our Gold Standard in a loud, high-volume environment.

Career Growth: We actively promote from within to Shift Leader and Management.
Real Impact: Be part of a team that actively funds charity work locally and globally.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

With or without reasonable accommodation, team members must be able to:
• Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift (with scheduled breaks) on tile or non-slip floors
• Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., potato bags, produce boxes, oil containers), including from floor to shoulder height
• Push and pull loaded carts, supply bins, and trash/grease receptacles
• Frequently bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead or below waist level to stock, retrieve supplies, and clean
• Use hands repetitively, with the finger dexterity needed for the POS, food assembly, and wrapping
• Safely operate hot equipment (flat-top grills, fryers) and tolerate heat, steam, and hot oil
• Move between the hot cook line and cooler areas (walk-ins, outdoor delivery/trash areas)
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, noisy kitchen
• Use close, distance, and peripheral vision to read tickets, monitor the grill, and run the register
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates and follow safety instructions

Allergen Notice: We cook exclusively in peanut oil, and whole peanuts are served in-restaurant. Team members will regularly handle or be exposed to peanuts, peanut oil, and peanut dust.
