Industrial Electrician

Master/Journeyman is not required, though it is desired. Paid relocation may be available for highly qualified candidates 100+ miles from the plant. In this position, you will need:To be able to use basic electrical troubleshooting and repair in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentTo work with voltages up to 480 vacTo have a working knowledge of PLCsTo know how to Install and troubleshoot relay and PLC-controlled equipmentTo work with AC/DC motors and drivesTo be knowledgeable in the areas of preventative maintenance and machine operation Required QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience as an Electrician in an industrial maintenance settingMust be proficient in repairs of Control Systems, PLCs (including online programs and ladder logic code), and AC/DC DrivesPrior experience working with motors, transformers, control systems, and power distribution.Need to have own tools required for the job.Must be able to read blueprints, understand tolerances and measurements and work with standard and metric sizes.Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift, working holidays and overtime as needed Preferred QualificationsPrinting knowledge is preferred, but not requiredExperience working in industrial maintenance is preferred We offer comprehensive benefits for eligible employees including medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings, paid time off, holidays and additional benefits.
