Job Summary: Service is at the core of everything we do. As a Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, support and coach team members, and ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. This role combines leadership and guest service, with a focus on team accountability, performance, smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.

Job Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and workflow coordination Act as the lead point of contact during assigned shifts, resolving or escalating issues as needed Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards Model company values and service standards Provide accurate information and facilitate guest access to resort products, services, and experiences Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to manage customer profiles, process payments, discounts, exchanges, and returns, and complete daily audits Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools and applications, including Microsoft Office, to support daily tasks Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort products, services, policies, and procedures Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and external partners via phone, email, and in person Train, coach, and support team members; assist with hiring and onboarding Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and corrective action when needed Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas, facilities, and equipment, including active participation in daily and routine cleaning tasks Monitor and manage operational supplies and inventory as needed Willing and able to work across multiple locations and service areas, demonstrating versatility and actively developing knowledge and proficiency across all products and services within the department Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in guest service, ski school, or related operations Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions Strong communication skills (fluent in English) Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $27.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
