At Gardens of Western Reserve Home Care , were a small, locally owned, family-run agency dedicated to helping seniors stay comfortably and safely in their own homes. We believe caregiving isnt just a job its a calling. Our team is known for compassion, respect, and support for both our clients and our caregivers.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Offer medication reminders
- Support mobility and safety in the home
- Transport clients to errands or appointments (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Prior caregiving experience preferred (but we train the right person)
- Must pass background check
