Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney

To support a dynamic litigation team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing case strategies and collaborating with colleagues in a flexible work environment. Key responsibilities Develop compelling case strategies that drive results and challenge mediocrity Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials Mentor junior attorneys and maintain professional communication with clients Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Active bar license in the state of Pennsylvania 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial Prior insurance defense experience preferred
