Registered Nurse ICU

$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Provides specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes through expert clinical skills and compassionate patient interactions. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor critically ill patients to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications, including vasopressors, and manage advanced medical equipment and technology. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with hospital policies. Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech system. Respond promptly to patient emergencies and adjust treatments as needed. Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care. Qualifications: Valid active Texas RN license, with no longer accepting temporary licenses. Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in a fast-paced hospital environment. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred.
