Role Description The Private Chauffeur role at Prisco is a contract, on-site position based in Newark, NJ. The Chauffeur will be responsible for safely transporting executives, visitors, and other designated passengers to and from company facilities, meetings, and events. Daily tasks include planning routes, monitoring traffic and weather conditions, maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle interior and exterior, and ensuring timely arrivals. The role involves discreet and professional interaction with passengers, handling luggage or packages as needed, and adhering to all local traffic laws and company safety protocols. The Chauffeur will also coordinate schedules with administrative staff, keep accurate records of trips and mileage, and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Qualifications

• Strong driving skills with a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and familiarity with Newark, NJ and surrounding areas.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to provide courteous, respectful, and confidential transportation for passengers.
• Time management and organizational abilities to plan efficient routes, manage schedules, and ensure punctuality.
• Attention to detail and basic vehicle care skills to maintain cleanliness, monitor vehicle condition, and coordinate routine servicing.
• Professional demeanor, including appropriate appearance, reliable attendance, and ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift and handle luggage or light packages and sit for extended periods while driving.
• Previous experience as a chauffeur, professional driver, or in a similar role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional defensive driving or safety training is an advantage.
