Safely administer medications following established protocols and the Five Rights of Medication Administration ? Observe patients and promptly communicate concerns to nursing staff ? Obtain and document vital signs as directed ? Maintain accurate, confidential electronic medical records ? Support nurses and providers with daily patient care activities ?
