*Digital Banking Support Representative*
*Location:* Honolulu, HI
*Pay:* $20-$24/hr
TEKsystems is seeking a Digital Banking Support Representative to support a local financial institution in Honolulu.
*Responsibilities:*

* Provide customer support via phone and chat
* Assist customers with online and mobile banking services
* Help with password resets, login issues, enrollments, and account access
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to digital banking platforms
* Answer questions regarding banking products and services
* Document customer interactions and escalate issues when needed
*Qualifications:*

* 1+ year of customer service, help desk, or call center experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues
* Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
* Banking, fraud, information security, or technical support experience is a plus
*Schedule:*

* Various shifts available:
* 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
* 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
