Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some weekends if needed
• On-call not required
• Territory: Lakeland area
• Required to go into the office once per week for a case conference
• Orientation provided on the first day

Lakeland offers access to outdoor recreation and central Florida connectivity. Lake Mirror and Hollis Garden sit near downtown, while Circle B Bar Reserve provides trails and wildlife viewing about 15 miles away.
