Digital Prepress Technician - 2nd Shift

Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a Digital Prepress Technician to join our production team. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required. In this role, you will assist with printing designs on apparel, packing finished products, and supporting production operations to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Print logos, graphics, and designs on shirts and other apparel using production equipment.
• Pack and unpack finished products carefully to prevent damage.
• Apply labels and prepare products for shipment.
• Assist with machine setup, operation, and basic adjustments.
• Follow production procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate and consistent output.
• Work safely with inks, chemicals, and materials that may have strong odors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support team members and assist with additional production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with production equipment and materials.

Additional Information

Production Associates must be flexible and willing to move between departments and responsibilities based on seasonal demand and operational needs. This position includes both printing and packing functions, and employees may be assigned to different tasks throughout the shift to support business needs.
