Cardiovascular Technician

Role: Provides direct patient care in electrocardiography, including performing electrocardiograms (ECGs), stress testing, cardiac monitoring, and analyzing cardiac data. Responsibilities: Performs procedures across various departmental specialties, assists new hires and interns, manages complex issues related to productivity and quality, communicates with providers about patient needs, oversees equipment quality control, and works independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Certified as a Cardiographic Technician or EKG Technician, with relevant certifications (e.g., CCT, CET, CEKG, NCET). Requires a high school diploma/GED, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and BLS certification. Must demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision. Key Skills: Patient care, equipment maintenance, analytical skills, communication, critical thinking, and adaptability in dynamic settings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
