The Janitorial/Residential Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of commercial/residential facilities. Duties include routine cleaning, trash removal, restroom sanitation, floor care, and maintaining a safe and professional environment for clients and visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, glass, and other surfaces
- Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain professionalism while working at client locations
- Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
Work Schedule
Schedules may vary and may include daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, or holidays depending on client needs.

Employment with Top Notch Cleaning Services, LLC is at-will. No specific number of work hours is guaranteed or promised. Work assignments and schedules are based on business needs, client demands, and employee performance.
