Physician – Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Geriatric Medicine

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and patient-focused Physician (MD or DO) to join our primary care team. Position Overview:

As a Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients achieve better health outcomes. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care and support the overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and review patients’ medical histories and current health concerns.
• Perform patient examinations and evaluate overall health status.
• Update medical records and patient charts with current findings and treatment plans.
• Order appropriate diagnostic tests and review results for abnormal findings.
• Develop and recommend individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and provide appropriate medical treatment.
• Educate and counsel patients regarding their health, nutrition, hygiene, preventive care, and wellness.
• Address patient questions and concerns with compassion and professionalism.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program .
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine .
• Current state medical licensure or the ability to obtain and maintain licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach.
• Excellent patient and customer service skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to a value-based care environment.
