Shipper - 1st Shift

• Base Pay $20.72 / Hour
• Employee Type Full Time - Hourly

Description

• Assist with prep/paint area.
• Remove all tape/prepping material from units.
• Add nameplates, assembly lids, hardware as required by order.
• Package and weigh units.
• Prepare SAP shipments.
• Clean work/storage area and check inventories.
• Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost-savings programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of shipping experience preferred.
• Skills and Key Attributes: Ability to read, write, and basic math skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.

Summary

The Shipper is responsible for prepping and packaging units according to customer specifications.

The 1st shift schedule runs Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
