Outpatient Clinical Receptionist

Riverwood Center is located in beautiful Southwest Michigan with staff at seven sites across Berrien County. Experience/Knowledge: One or more years’ experience working in an office environment. Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skills, be punctual, organized, have the ability to multi-task, and work independently. Prefer experience working with adults or children with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities: Welcomes consumers, families and visitors. Checks in consumers, schedules and backfills appointments. Collects co-pays, financial and demographic information. Tracks and monitors data/reports Answers and transfers phone calls, maintains files, processes paperwork. Provides clerical support to the team. Qualifications: One or more years’ experience working in a medical office environment. Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skills, be punctual, organized, have the ability to multi-task, and work independently.
