Fast paced equipment rental front counter. This position requires someone who can multi-task on heavy phones at times. Write rental agreements and recommend to customer correct tools needed to complete their job successfully. We also rent U-Haul equipment to help their customers. The counter positions require scheduling of pickup and delivery of equipment. must be dependable to open location on scheduled days and work with other branches to schedule transfers. Counter personnel also make calls to overdue customers to update contract expiration dates. this position requires a very organized person. Construction or home repair experience helpful. Bilingual a plus.
