Job Details

• Certifications: Active MD or Compact State RN license, BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS, with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts on a rotating day/night schedule (07:00-19:30 / 19:00-07:30), with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS, 2 years ICU experience.
• Patient Population: Adolescent (rare, ages 15-17 if adult-like), Adult, Geriatric.
• Patient Diagnoses: MICU, SICU Surgical Abdominal, Neuro cervical spines, post-op, Cardiac Medical, MI, Chest Pain, Pneumonia, vents, Sepsis, ARDS, Cardiogenic Shock, OD, Post cath.
• Special Procedures and Unit Details: All pressors and sedation drugs, vents, CRRT, IABP, pronation therapy experience preferred.
• Additional Responsibilities: Managing invasive lines and monitoring equipment such as Vents, CRRT, IABP, with high-acuity patient care in a surgical and medical ICU setting.
• Staffing & Scheduling: Patient ratios of 2 per shift during days and nights, 2 on weekends, with required floating within scope, and every other weekend commitment.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must fulfill certification and licensing criteria, and demonstrate competence in ICU patient care.
