Production Operator

Production Operator Full-Time · Spanish Fork, Utah WB Blends is looking for dependable Production Operators to support daily supplement manufacturing operations across capsules, powders, and liquids. This role works directly with production equipment, packaging systems, and quality procedures to ensure products are manufactured safely and consistently. What You'll Be Doing Perform in-process production inspections Review batch records and production documentation Support GMP and compliance procedures Monitor cleanliness and operational standards Assist with investigations and corrective actions Maintain accurate quality records and reports Communicate quality concerns across departments Help ensure facility-wide regulatory compliance What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Organized and process-driven mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Understanding of GMP or quality procedures preferred Clear communication and teamwork skills Manufacturing or QA experience is a plus Build a Career You're Proud of At WB Blends, the work you do directly supports products found in stores and homes across the country.
