Key Responsibilities

• Schedule flexibility is at your discretion; you'll determine how many clients you see each week, creating a tailored work schedule that suits your lifestyle.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on serving a diverse range of clients in need of mental health support. You will work with individuals facing various challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, all through a remote telehealth framework. You will adapt your therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current and valid LPCC licensure to practice in California.
• Proven ability to implement solution-focused psychotherapy methods and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong and empathetic therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $130,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses based on performance and case load.
